Preliminary Assessment of Budhigandaki Flood Damage Released by Gandaki Province Health Ministry
The Gandaki Province Ministry of Health has published preliminary findings on the damage caused by the flash flood in Nepal's Budhigandaki River. According to the report, residential areas, bridges, and a hydropower project were affected. Meanwhile, health facilities in Philim, Salleri, Jagat, and Machhikhola are considered to be at a lower risk due to their location, as per the initial assessment.
